2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services Offered

SNBD HOST provides shared hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, email services, and managed server solutions. We reserve the right to update or modify service offerings at any time with or without prior notice.

4. Billing and Payment

All services are billed in advance. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected services using a valid payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Credit/Debit Cards, or international gateways like Stripe). Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting services only. This does not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, VPS, or dedicated servers. Refunds must be requested via email within the refund window.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use SNBD HOST for:

• Hosting or distributing malware or phishing content

• Spamming, unsolicited mass emails, or DDoS attacks

• Storing or sharing content that violates any Bangladeshi law (e.g., pornography, political hate speech)

• Hosting pirated software or copyrighted materials without authorization

• Running crypto mining scripts or bots unless explicitly permitted

SNBD HOST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with Bangladesh’s Digital Security Act 2018, ICT Act 2006 (Amended 2013), and internationally (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for global users. You consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance and unavoidable outages may occur. SNBD HOST shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at our discretion, especially in cases of:

• Non-payment

• Abuse of services

• Violation of laws or our Terms

• Harmful activity affecting SNBD HOST’s systems or other customers

You may cancel your services at any time through your client dashboard.

10. Intellectual Property

All SNBD HOST content, design elements, and software are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SNBD HOST is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, data loss, profit loss, or service interruption. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the past 3 months.

12. Changes to Terms

SNBD HOST may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or dashboard notices. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
