Terms of Service

By using SNBD HOST’s services, websites, and applications (collectively the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms govern how billing works, what is permitted or prohibited, how the Services are maintained, and how data and legal matters are handled. To use the Services, you must meet the eligibility criteria (for example, being at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or having a guardian contract on your behalf) and supply accurate registration information. You are responsible for securing your account (including credentials, passwords, and enabling 2FA). Misuse of your account or unauthorized access remains your responsibility.

SNBD HOST offers a range of hosting services including shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL, email hosting and managed automation. Billing is done in advance on a recurring basis, and supported payment methods include cards, Stripe, and local options like bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Refunds are limited (for example a 3-day credit-back guarantee for shared hosting) and many services (domains, add-ons, certain servers) are excluded from refunds.

Usage of the Services must comply with SNBD HOST’s Acceptable Use Policy (no malware, spam, crypto mining, copyright-infringing content, etc.). The provider limits resource usage on shared plans to ensure fair sharing and stability. Your data is subject to their Privacy Policy and they handle data location, transfers and backups per their published approach (including best-effort recovery, but no guaranteed backup). Service availability targets (e.g., 99.9% uptime) are stated, but exclusions apply; liability is limited and services are provided “as-is.” The governing law is the laws of Bangladesh, and in case of disputes, jurisdiction lies with courts in Dhaka.
