AI Automation Hosting Policies & Managed Services
Last updated: June 2026
Last Updated: May 21, 2026
Effective Date: May 21, 2026
Quick Summary
This policy outlines the specific terms, limits, and data privacy rules for our managed AI and automation services. It acts as an extension to our general Terms of Service.
- Managed Services Guidelines
- Data Privacy & Protection
- Acceptable Use Rules
- SLAs and Uptime
1. MANAGED SERVICES POLICY
We provide specialized hosting for advanced AI and automation tools. Each platform has specific usage policies to ensure fair use and stability across our infrastructure.
n8n (Workflow Automation)
n8n allows you to build complex automation workflows. To ensure optimal performance across our shared infrastructure, the following rules apply:
- Optimization: Workflows must be reasonably optimized to avoid excessive CPU/RAM usage or infinite loops.
- Polling Limits: Very high-frequency polling (for example, every second) is not allowed; use webhooks or event-based triggers instead.
- Fair Use Throttling: We may throttle or pause workflows that degrade node performance or negatively impact other customers on the same server.
- Data & Credentials: You are fully responsible for any API keys, credentials, and third-party data processed inside your n8n workflows.
- Prohibited Automations: Malicious, abusive, or illegal automations (e.g., spam, credential attacks, scraping against a site's Terms) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
OpenClaw
OpenClaw is a powerful platform for data extraction and processing. Our policies mandate:
- Rate Limits & Fair Use: You must adhere strictly to the API rate limits associated with your specific hosting tier to ensure fair resource allocation.
- Allowed Extraction: Scraping or interacting with third-party services in direct violation of their respective Terms of Service is strictly forbidden.
- Resource Management: Heavy data extraction or processing tasks should ideally be scheduled during off-peak hours to maintain cluster health.
- Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, copyright compliance, and ethical use of any data extracted or processed through your OpenClaw instances.
- Abuse Prevention: Using OpenClaw for denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning, or aggressive scraping that harms target infrastructure will result in immediate termination.
Hermes
For Hermes deployments and AI model interactions, the following rules apply:
- Token Limits & Compute: AI model processing is subject to strict token limits based on your plan. Overage may result in temporary suspension or require an upgrade.
- Content Restrictions: Generating illegal, malicious, or highly objectionable content—including phishing material or CSAM—is strictly prohibited and heavily monitored.
- Model Usage & Persistence: Heavy, persistent compute without adequate idle periods requires a dedicated server plan; shared environments are designed for intermittent requests.
- Prompt & Output Liability: You are legally responsible for both the prompts you submit and the outputs generated by the models hosted on our infrastructure.
- Security Testing: Using hosted models to generate exploits, malware code, or to bypass security filters violates our acceptable use policy.
2. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
Transparency is our priority. Here is exactly how we handle data related to our AI Managed Services.
- Usage Metrics: API call volume, CPU/RAM utilization, and execution times.
- Log Data: Error logs, system access logs, and workflow status codes.
- No Model Training: We DO NOT use your data, prompts, or workflows to train public AI models.
- Data Ownership: Your data remains 100% your intellectual property.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE & RESTRICTIONS
To maintain a safe and reliable environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited on our AI hosting platforms:
- Generating or automating the distribution of illegal, harmful, or explicitly offensive content.
- Automating malicious activities (e.g., credential stuffing, scraping protected sites without permission, spamming).
- Bypassing rate limits, modifying platform limitations, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
4. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) & UPTIME
Because AI and automation tasks can be highly compute-intensive, they are governed by a specific SLA:
- Uptime Guarantee: Managed AI services target a 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Compute Throttling: In shared managed environments, abusive resource consumption may trigger automatic throttling to protect the node.
5. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
SNBD Host reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to AI managed services if a user violates these policies, engages in resource abuse, or utilizes the platform for prohibited activities.
