1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to SNBD Host ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided by SNBD Host, including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, reseller hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and managed services such as n8n, OpenClaw, and related products (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SNBD Host, governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract;
Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws of Bangladesh or your country of residence.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. SNBD Host reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse service at its sole discretion.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
All activities that occur under your account;
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at our official support channel.

3.3 Account Sharing

Account credentials may not be shared with or transferred to any third party without prior written consent from SNBD Host.

4. SERVICES

4.1 Description of Services

SNBD Host provides the following Services:

Web Hosting – Shared and business hosting plans
Domain Registration – Registration and management of domain names
Reseller Hosting – Hosting accounts for resellers and agencies
Virtual Private Servers (VPS) – Dedicated virtualized server resources
Managed Services – Including but not limited to managed n8n (workflow automation) and OpenClaw, and other managed applications as offered from time to time

4.2 Service Modifications

SNBD Host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of material changes in advance.

4.3 Service Level

While SNBD Host endeavors to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using our Services to:

Host, distribute, or transmit any content that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or your jurisdiction;
Engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications;
Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code;
Host or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors;
Conduct Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network abuse;
Violate intellectual property rights of any third party;
Mine cryptocurrency without prior written approval from SNBD Host;
Engage in any activity that violates the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act 2006 of Bangladesh, or any amendment thereof;
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Services without authorization;
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.

5.3 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. DOMAIN REGISTRATION

6.1 Registration Rules

Domain registrations are subject to the rules and policies of the relevant domain registry and ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) where applicable.

6.2 Domain Ownership

You, as the registrant, are the owner of domains registered through SNBD Host. SNBD Host acts as a registrar or reseller and holds no ownership interest in your domains.

6.3 Domain Renewal

You are responsible for renewing your domain on time. SNBD Host may send renewal reminders as a courtesy, but failure to receive such reminders does not relieve you of your renewal obligation. Expired domains may be released to the public registry.

6.4 Domain Disputes

Domain name disputes shall be resolved in accordance with ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or the applicable registry dispute resolution policy.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Pricing

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Changes in pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to existing clients.

7.2 Accepted Payment Methods

SNBD Host currently accepts payments through:

bKash (for clients in Bangladesh)
PayPal
Stripe (credit/debit cards)

7.3 Billing Cycle

Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as per the plan selected at the time of purchase.

7.4 Taxes

Prices quoted may be exclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT under the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act 2012 of Bangladesh. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

7.5 Late Payment, Grace Period, and Termination

If payment is not received by the due date, the following process applies:

Step 1 – Immediate Suspension: Services will be suspended on the due date if payment has not been received.

Step 2 – 3-Day Grace Period with Late Fee: Following suspension, a grace period of 3 calendar days is granted. During this period, the client may reinstate the Service by settling the outstanding balance plus a late fee not exceeding 10% of the outstanding invoice amount. The applicable late fee within this cap is set at SNBD Host's discretion.

Prior to suspension, SNBD Host will make reasonable efforts to notify the client via: (a) the registered email address on the account; and (b) WhatsApp message to the phone number on the account, where a WhatsApp-enabled number has been provided. Such notifications are a courtesy only. Failure to receive or read any notification does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay by the due date, nor of liability for late fees or termination.

Step 3 – Permanent Termination and Data Deletion: If full payment (including any applicable late fee) is not received within the 3-day grace period, SNBD Host reserves the right to permanently terminate the account and delete all associated data without further notice. SNBD Host shall not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of business, or any other damages resulting from termination under this clause. It is the client's sole responsibility to maintain backups of all data at all times.

Outstanding balances remain due and payable even after termination.

7.6 Currency

All transactions are processed in the currency presented at checkout. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the client's responsibility.

8. REFUND POLICY

8.1 Hosting Services – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SNBD Host offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible web hosting plans for new clients. To be eligible:

The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date;
A support ticket must be submitted via our official ticketing system at https://portal.snbdhost.com/submitticket.php or by emailing info@snbdhost.com. Refund requests made through any other channel (e.g., social media, informal messaging) will not be accepted or processed;
The ticket must include your account details, order reference, and reason for the refund request;
The guarantee applies to the base hosting fee only; setup fees, domain registrations, and add-ons are non-refundable.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of Bangladesh.
