Acceptable Use Policy
Responsible and lawful use of all SNBD Host services.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") at all times. This policy is incorporated by reference into SNBD Host's Terms of Service.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing the responsible and lawful use of all services provided by SNBD Host ("we," "us," or "our"), including web hosting, domain registration, reseller hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), managed services (n8n, OpenClaw, and others), and any related products (collectively, the "Services").
This AUP applies to:
- All direct clients of SNBD Host;
- Resellers and their end customers (resellers are responsible for ensuring their end customers comply with this AUP);
- Any individual or entity accessing SNBD Host infrastructure directly or indirectly.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into SNBD Host's Terms of Service and must be read alongside them. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
2. General Principles
You agree to use SNBD Host Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that:
- Does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Does not infringe the rights of any third party;
- Does not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of SNBD Host's network, infrastructure, or other clients' services;
- Does not expose SNBD Host to legal liability or reputational harm.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not host, store, transmit, publish, or distribute any content that:
3.1 Illegal Content
- Violates the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the ICT Act 2006, Digital Security Act 2018, or any amendment thereof;
- Violates the laws of any other jurisdiction applicable to you or your end users;
- Constitutes or facilitates any criminal offence.
3.2 Harmful and Abusive Content
- Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors — zero tolerance; immediate termination and reporting to authorities;
- Promotes, facilitates, or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism, or hate crimes;
- Constitutes hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
- Depicts or encourages graphic violence, self-harm, or suicide.
3.3 Defamatory and Privacy-Violating Content
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or intentionally intimidating toward any individual or group;
- Violates any person's privacy, including the publication of private images, personal data, or confidential information without consent.
3.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party;
- Hosts pirated software, movies, music, e-books, or other protected media without authorisation (piracy/warez sites).
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1 Network and Security Abuse
You must not:
- Conduct or facilitate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or network flooding;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, server, database, or account ("hacking");
- Exploit or probe for vulnerabilities in SNBD Host's infrastructure or third-party systems;
- Deploy or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, trojans, botnets, or any malicious code;
- Use our Services as a launch point for attacks on other networks or systems;
- Intercept or monitor network traffic without authorisation.
4.2 Email and Messaging Abuse
You must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") or operate a bulk email service without confirmed opt-in consent from recipients;
- Conduct phishing, spoofing, or email forgery operations;
- Use our Services to send threatening, harassing, or abusive messages to any individual.
4.3 Resource Abuse
You must not:
- Consume excessive server resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, disk I/O) in a manner that degrades the performance of services for other clients on shared infrastructure;
- Run processes or scripts that operate continuously in the background on shared hosting plans without prior written approval;
- Use SNBD Host Services to provide free hosting to third parties outside of a properly configured reseller account.
4.4 Cryptocurrency Mining
You must not use SNBD Host Services to mine cryptocurrency of any kind without prior written approval from SNBD Host. Unauthorised mining operations will result in immediate suspension and termination without refund.
4.5 Proxy and VPN Abuse
You must not operate open proxies, anonymous VPN exit nodes, or Tor exit nodes on SNBD Host infrastructure without prior written approval.
4.6 Fraudulent Activity
You must not:
- Use our Services to commit fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes;
- Impersonate any individual, company, or government entity;
- Use stolen payment credentials to purchase Services.
5. Reseller Responsibilities
If you are a reseller of SNBD Host Services:
- You are fully responsible for ensuring all of your end customers comply with this AUP;
- You must incorporate AUP obligations into your own terms of service with end customers;
- SNBD Host may take action directly against a reseller's account where an end customer is found to be in violation, including suspension of the entire reseller account if the reseller fails to act on a violation notice;
- You must promptly act on any abuse notification received from SNBD Host and provide written confirmation of remediation within 24 hours of receiving such notice.
6. Content Monitoring and Reporting
SNBD Host does not proactively monitor client content. However:
- We will act on verified abuse reports, legal notices, and law enforcement requests;
- We reserve the right to review content where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of this AUP;
- Third parties may submit abuse reports to info@snbdhost.com. We will investigate all credible reports.
7. SNBD Host's Rights and Enforcement
7.1 Enforcement Actions
Upon discovering or receiving notice of a violation of this AUP, SNBD Host may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a formal warning requiring remediation within a specified period;
- Suspend the offending account or specific services pending investigation;
- Immediately terminate the account without prior notice for severe violations (including CSAM, DDoS attacks, and active malware distribution);
- Remove or disable access to violating content;
- Report the violation to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh or other jurisdictions.
7.2 No Liability for Enforcement Actions
SNBD Host shall not be liable for any damages, loss of business, or data loss arising from enforcement actions taken in good faith under this AUP.
7.3 No Refunds for Violations
Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.
8. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP on SNBD Host infrastructure, please report it immediately to:
