The Hermes Agent Hosting BD free beta is open for Bangladesh applicants. This guide explains the application process from start to finish — what the AI Personality Quiz covers, what we look for in applications, how long review takes, and what you receive after approval.
Step 1: The AI Personality Quiz
The Hermes beta application starts with a five-question AI Personality Quiz at snbdhost.com/hermes-quiz. The quiz is not a test — it is a structured way for us to understand what you want to do with an AI agent.
The five questions cover:
- Your primary use case — customer service, developer backend, research, team assistant, or other
- Your platform preference — Telegram, Discord, Slack, or custom API
- Your technical level — non-technical, some experience, or developer — this shapes what setup guidance we send you
- Your expected usage volume — gives us an idea of how many tokens you are likely to need in the beta period
- Your goal for the first week — what do you want your agent to be doing seven days after approval?
The quiz takes about three minutes. Your answers are sent to our review team with your application.
What We Look for in Applications
We review every application — we do not auto-approve. What we prioritise:
- Specific use case — "I want to build a Telegram bot for my clothing brand's customer service" gets reviewed faster than "I'm curious about AI." Specificity tells us you have a real goal and will use the agent.
- Bangladesh-based users — Hermes Agent Hosting BD is designed for Bangladesh. We prioritise local applicants.
- Variety of use cases — we want beta users across different industries (e-commerce, services, tech, education, research) to understand how Hermes performs across different contexts.
We do not require technical experience. Non-technical business owners are welcome — we send tailored onboarding guidance based on your quiz answers.
Review Timeline
Most applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours during weekdays. Applications submitted Friday evening are typically reviewed Monday morning. If you have not heard back within 72 hours, check your spam folder — approval emails occasionally get filtered.
If your application is on hold (not rejected, but needs more information), we will email you with a specific question. This usually happens when the use case is unclear.
What You Receive After Approval
The approval email includes:
- Hermes dashboard credentials — login URL, username, temporary password
- API credentials — your unique Hermes endpoint URL and API key
- Qdrant credentials — your vector database endpoint and collection name
- Getting started guide — tailored to your platform choice and technical level from the quiz
- Community access — link to the Hermes Bangladesh beta Telegram group
First 24 Hours After Approval
What to do immediately after receiving your credentials:
- Log in to the dashboard and confirm your token balance shows 10M
- Set your system prompt — describe your agent's role in 2–3 sentences
- Connect your first platform — Telegram is fastest; the one-click connection takes 2 minutes
- Upload your first knowledge base document — your FAQ, product list, or any document your agent should know
- Test with 10 questions before sharing with real users
